An Owner Builder Contractor Referral Network

A place to refer your contractor and get qualified contacts to assist you with your owner builder home project.

A trend I am seeing lately is the constant request for Allpro Building Systems to refer a contractor in their area. While we are very service orientated company and would like more than anything to help, we find ourselves in a dilemma.

A lot of our clients are Owner Builders and usually do not use a ‘full’ contractor, but hire a framing crew to frame, a separate plumber, electrician etc. The other challenge is that we send homes to all 50 U.S. States (yes, Alaska and Hawaii) and cannot guarantee that someone will have built close to where the new client is going, so we are short on answers.

Seeing a need, I have decided to start a website solely for the purpose of allowing people to refer a Contractor, framing crew, or other Service Company. This site will have current contacts for new clients to reference for their new project. AllPro thrives on referrals and this is just another way for people to honor great work. I trust this will be a great resource.
